Focus On Fathers is an innovative organisation based in Croydon, that supports black and minority ethnic fathers to improve the relationships with their children, partner and other significant adults in their children’s lives.
Focus on Fathers provides a forum for fathers to support each other and share ideas. We address issues of exclusion and under achievement amongst black children in the education system and support our children in becoming positive members of the community.

Focus on Fathers is set up to support black and minority ethnic (BME) fathers to contribute more actively and positively in the lives of their children, partners and other significant adults in their children’s lives. We promote the involvement of male parents/carers currently under represented within formal structures. We provide a forum for fathers to support each other and share ideas whilst developing real skills to aid social and academic development of their children.
